Birmingham takes centre stage in Chicago this week, when the city brings a taste of its cultural, creative and commercial offerings to the third annual Chicago Sister Cities International Festival.
The week-long event, held in Daley Plaza, will feature all 27 of Chicago’s sister cities, including Osaka, Milan, Moscow and Birmingham, which was twinned with the US city 15 years ago.
