This year’s Chicago Festival of Israeli Cinema will take place October 21-31 at three great venues.
Oct. 21: Opening Night will take place at the Chicago Cultural Center, hosted in conjunction with Chicago Sister Cities International.
Oct. 23: Evening showings at the AMC Loews, 600 N. Michigan Avenue in Chicago.
Oct. 24-31: New matinee, prime time evening and evening showings at our new venue, the AMC Northbrook Court theaters.
The theme this year is the REEL REAL ISRAEL, with many strong features
(it’s no wonder Israeli films have been Best Foreign Film nominees at the Academy Awards the last three years in a row!), documentaries and TV shows that will not only artistically treat a variety of Chicago audiences, but also give them an insider’s view of this amazingly diverse country.
