The China Committee is pleased invite you to the first of the regular Dumpling Club dinners on Wednesday, January 28, 2009. Wednesday’s event will feature a talk and slide show on Shanghai architecture by noted Chicago author Jay Pridmore, whose recent book on the same subject has received wide acclaim.

The Dumpling Club is designed as an informal get together of China Committee members and friends who are interested in China related topics.

Where: Union League Club, 65 W. Jackson St.
When: 5:30 p.m. for drinks at the 4th floor bar
6:00 p.m. dinner on the 7th floor
