GOTHENBURG: Sweden Through My Glasses

The Swedish American Museum of Chicago and the Gothenburg Committee of Chicago Sister Cities International invite you to the opening of the “Sweden Through My Glasses” exhibit. Anders Hultman will portray his native Gothenburg in intimate, dream-like paintings that capture the warmth and musicality of his everyday life. Painting in oil, gouache, and acrylic, Hultman brings his characters to life with old wooden houses and small gardens with blossoming fruit trees. The Museum often collaborates with Gothenburg and highlights artists from the region.

Exhibit opening: Friday, March 19
6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
Swedish American Museum of Chicago
5211 N. Clark St.
