On July 28, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m., Daley Plaza will be transformed into “Swiss Plaza”, a Switzerland showcase. Event highlights will include an opening flag ceremony, information tents, the exhibition “Swiss Roots – American Branches” and more, with Swiss musical groups performing during the noon hour. The Swiss Day at Daley Plaza is organized by the Consulate General of Switzerland in Chicago in collaboration with Chicago Sister Cities Lucerne Committee and the Swiss community of Chicago.
