The Balzekas Museum of Lithuanian Culture, in partnership with the Vilnius Committee of Chicago Sister Cities International, will present an exhibition of Lithuanian by Iowa painter Marcia Wegman of landscapes, people and farm animals. The exhibition is on display from April 24 – May 29.

In the summer of 2007, Marcia Wegman was part of a Heifer International Study Tour to Lithuania and Latvia. Her works reflect her impressions from this tour. The artist will give a gallery talk at the museum about the paintings, her travels in Lithuania with Heifer International and her life as an artist.
