European Jazz Meets Chicago

jazzThe Goethe-Institut Chicago, the Friends of Goethe, various European consulates and cultural institutes, the Chicago Cultural Center, and Umbrella Music proudly present the fourth annual European Jazz Meets Chicago. Musicians from Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland, Sweden, Lithuania, Poland, Spain, France and Italy will meet with Chicago’s own for an extraordinary evening of improvised jazz.

This event is free and open to the public.

European Jazz Meets Chicago is the inaugural event of this year’s Umbrella Festival of Jazz and Improvisation.
