Ukrainian Universe – Exhibit by Volodymyr Podlevsky & Svitlana Moiseyeva. Opening Fri, Mar 26 @ 7 pm – continues thru Apr 25 at Ukrainian National Museum.
A marriage of art and life, the artists Volodymyr Podlevsky and Svitlana Moiseyeva will exhibit their oil paintings in a joint showing at the Ukrainian National Museum. They are husband and wife and have both been classically trained in Ukraine. While their styles and techniques are different, they individually have captured in their works, the joy of life, the nuances of Ukrainian culture and beauty of their surroundings.
This exhibit is sponsored by MB Financial. The Ukrainian National Museum is located in the heart of the Ukrainian Village, at 2249 West Superior Street in Chicago. Hours: Thursday through Sunday, 11:00 am to 4:00 pm Admission: Adults $5.00, Children under 12 – Free.
