Mayor Daley Announces New Busan Sister Cities Committee Chair
Mayor Richard M. Daley welcomed Mayor Hur Nam-Sik of Busan, Republic of Korea to Chicago, to strengthen the Sister Cities partnership formed in 2007. During a luncheon today, Mayor Daley named Nam H. Paik, partner with Baker & McKenzie, the new Chair of the Busan Committee of Chicago Sister Cities International Program (CSCIP).
Since the Sister Cities Signing in 2007, the Busan Committee has engaged in several education programs, participated in the World Fashion Chicago runway show and Sister Cities International Festival on Daley Plaza.
